Thank you for shopping with Eco Lux Essentials. We are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and with care.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day BH:  8am- 2pm Mon-Friday 
  • During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Eco Lux Essentials is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, Eco Lux Essentials ships within the United States only.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders must be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes
